ok so . falure of comunication for this weeks "tuesday" meet
so i'm starting a poll.

this is the second time I've been out there around the 10 mark. So, I won't be coming anymore. Just find another place to inhabit. Sorry, but the third time is never the charm for me. If you're the one trying to organize an event or get together, you need to be there, or someone you trust. IMO......

No bagging on this (or any) meet...but back a few months ago I attended twice, brought up to 4 other cars w/me...and we were about it. Maybe two-three more cars. I applaud your effort to get this thing up, but it seems as if there isn't a lot of interest in the location. I have to say I came down Babcock and got the piss beat out of my car on that road...it was really bad. Maybe it's like real estate...location, location, location. Other than that I can't really say why it's not worked yet.

You could always get with the management at Sonic on DeZavala and I-10(near Clark High) and set something up there. I had that arragement with the Management at Bennigan's at I-10 and Wurzbach until all those pricks started showing up just to hear their fart cans echo and the cops started coming back around dammit. Either way, definately a location issue, low profile tires hate bumps, lol.

no doubt, good effort, just no follow through. Not trying to be harsh....Spyder, as for the PM thing...Someone(no idea who), saw us meeting there, they then handed out flyers at UTSA. That's how everyone found out about it.

ya that's one thing, if you have a meet, and you organize it, you kinda gotta be there... The reason I mention this is before, you weren't attenting the meets...
well . last week. my car was unexpectidly down. and i totaly forgot cuz i was busy working on it.befor i new it it was 1045
i'll be able to be otu there till about 1015. my mom is coming back in town from her visit to cali.
and i guesss i should be home when she gets home.
but i post if i cant make it.
930-10. hence the poll.
so it looks like people will be showing up till 1030
i was there 930-11 pm
only 4 cars showed. the usual people
seriously. this is a great spot. the cops could care less!

heres a thought not trying to bash on car meets or flame for that matter, but how many are there that go one now?? thur,fri and sat right?? im sure some people work during the week and have other things to do on a tuesday night besides stand in a parking lot and talk about cars(i love to do it but after a friday and saturday of it when tuesday rolls around im wanting to do something else) just my .02

I got a tight groupl of friends that we hang out some much socially it doesn't feel like just another meet. I don't really dig tuesdays mainly because after I get out of the academy, I have to rush home and get ready for work, unless I by some rare chance have the night off from work. The lackland meet is getting to be very appealing.

I own my own business, I have people in China working for me, I'm free almost anytime :)
thing is. it was on saturday but it died after lacklen started up. and there was a discution about it being on a day when there wasnt a meet. like monday or tuesday. and alot of people said that would be better. so i am trying it.
